Establishing a Business

Description of the Business - Describes your project and include the items you will manufacture or service to be performed or goods to be retailed etc.  State the form of business unit that is, sole trader, partnership etc.

Location of the Business - State where the business will be located.  Give reasons for chosingthat location.  E.g. availability of labour, closeness to supplies, availability of infrastructure and customers.

Selection of Appropriate Labour - Discuss the various categories of labour that will be employed in the business and state the necessary skills and qualifications that will be reqiured.

Role of the Entrepreneur - State the functions of the owners.  Explain who will manage the business and what their experience or training has been.  If there are others who will have positions of responsibility name them and give their qualifications and experiance.
