The Student Checklist

  • Welcome / Intro
  • Math:  Work samples with self-assessment, peer-assessment, feedback and goals*
  • Writing: Work samples with self-assessment, peer-assessment, feedback, goals and rubric for the writing sample*
  • Reading:  DRA scores, fluency, comprehension, wpm, work sample from reading response journal*
  • Science:  Brainstorm steps, plan for project, rubric for project, feedback sheets*
  • Social Studies:  Brainstorm steps, plan for project, rubric for project, feedback sheets*
  • Personal Goals for each subject:  this is where I am, this is where I need to be/want to be, this is what I can do to meet my goals
  • Time for questions / feedback from parents
  • Closing - Thank you for coming

*Reminder:  All student work samples are collected throughout the semester and will be placed in student conference folders as their conference time approaches. Teachers are not responsible for creating these documents.
