Before you become a Protector of Animal Life you need to go through the training process. Please read the following articles before you begin:

Part 1- Investigating

You will be expected to use web resources below to research one endangered animal:

Your team will be expected to answer the following questions about the endangered animal:

  1. Name of the Animal (common and scientific).

  2. Describe what the animal looks like.

  3. Where is the animal found (countries, geographic areas)?

  4. What does the animal eat?

  5. Describe it�s shelter, home, or nest.

  6. What are the animals predators?

  7. Why is the animal endangered?

  8. What is the animal�s endangerment status?

  9. How many animals are left in the world?

  10. What are people doing to help save the animal?(Give examples of specific organizations with contact information)

  11. Why is it important to save the animal (ecosystem roles and positive impact on humans)?


Part 2- Action Plan

Your next task will be to create an organization designed to save your endangered animal. Create a Voki to persuade viewers to help save your animal and to share what they can do to help your cause.
