Get Up, Get Out!

1) Introduce the lesson idea.
2) let tudents play outside for 30 minutes.
3) draw students back as a class
4) express the importance of being active.
5) present a time log, and explain to the students to record their times for each day for 1 month.
6) tell the students that the student who gets the most amount of time logged and is accurate gets extra credit!
