Get Up, Get Out!

This is important for students to maintain an active lifestyle so if they start early then they can get into a rotation where they start excising on their own. As obesity levels rise it is important students get up and get out! Students will have gotten applicable amount of time to be outside playing, and they will also be getting a good grade for completing their chart. Its a win win situation!
