Effects of Technology on the Society

Working in a group of 3 make a list of the most important technology advancements of today and in brief discuss with your partners how the technology affects our lives. You may use the PowerPoint presentation to help you (Resource 1).
Take some time and contemplate the notion that progressing technology itself could be negatively affecting and disadvantageous to human kind. Could such a conception possibly be correct? Come to an agreement withing your group.
Read some of the texts (Resources 2-6) and find arguments that justify your opinions.
Watch the videos (Resources 7-14) and use them to expand your list of negative and positive effects of technology on society.
