You need to be able to jump high and jump farther. Maybe you are an athlete that wants to improve their sport performance. Or, maybe you are lost in a jungle and need to be able to jump into a tree to get away from a 32 foot long python. Whatever your situation may be, you need to be able to develop explosive lower body power that correlates to higher broad and vertical jumping height.
