What's Up with Wind Energy

Your group has been commissioned to submit a wind turbine blade system for Pickens School. Mr.Tumbler Windy has been asked to be the director of the group choosing the the best design. However, he does not know much about renewable energy and wants to learn about wind energy in particular and what it's all about.  He has assigned you the task to explore wind energy and summarize what you have learned about the renewable energy technology.  The best summary gets a $500 bonus to use for the blade design challenge.
