County Float Fun

After our county float parade, we are lucky enough to have a County Float Party!!! What would we have at a float parade party?  Ice cream floats, of course.  Our problem is that we don't know how much ice cream, soda pop, boxes of spoons, and cups to buy.  We also don't know how much it will cost.  We need you to figure it out.
