Reconstruction Plan

Congratulations! You are the president of the United States of America! The bad news is that now you face a problem no other president has had to face ever! First off, our former, beloved president, Abraham Lincoln has just been assassinated, following four horrible years of civil war.  It is now up to you to heal the wounds of the terrible war between the states.  The former Confederate states and Confederate officals have to be dealt with, but how? Will you be fair and leniant or make the vanquished south pay for the war?  It is in your hands Mr./Ms. President!
