On February 7th, 2014,  the world will meet in Sochi Russia, to compete in the ____nd winter games! (you fill in the blank)

What on Earth could Sochi, Russia,  have to do with Ancient Greece!  How are these two very different places becoming linked together in February?

This webquest is designed to take you, the student, on a digital journey through the internet. You'll learn about the origins of the Olympics, and how innovations from Early Civilizations are still prevalent in today's society.
