Feeding My Community

     One of the BIG IDEAS of Sustainability is Community.  Community is a group of living and non-living things sharing a common purpose or space.  We all live in a community and we can be a part of many communities at the same time.  How about where you live, that's a community.  What about where you go to school, are you a part of a community there?  Do you have a church community or a recreation community?  How many communities are you a part of?

     You have been choosen to help your community develop a plan for a Community Garden.  You must work with other members of your team to design a garden and make a presentation to the town council that outlines your plan.   Keep in mind that your plan must include commitment from all the people involved so that when town council votes to approve your plan, it can be immediately implemented.
