Bill of Rights

After decades of civil war, your country is finally at peace; however, the government has been overthrown by its citizens, who have determined that the oppressive government policies were the primary cause of the conflicts.  It has been decided that a new government needs to be formed.  You are part of a three-member delegation that has been sent on a fact-finding mission to the United States to observe and study their Bill of Rights and how it impacts the government and citizens. You will report back to your country's leaders with your findings.  Your research and opinions are vital and will assist in creating the documents that will provide the foundation for your new government.
