Introduction
Electromagnetism is applying an electric current through a magnetic wire which is usually wrapped around soft iron core. During the QuickLab later in class, you will play the role of a scientist creating your own electromagnet. You will also research the various applications of this facinating phenomenon (electromagnetism) that has changed and shaped the landscape of modern society.
