A New World

As with the settlement of Jamestown in 1607, England has spread out to a new land. As a ruler of a great nation, you have a desire to expand your kingdom. You send explorer to find new lands to add to you kingdom.  Within this quests, rulers will send explorers out to new lands, explore what is available resources, establish governments in these new lands, design a map of the land and establish taxes and collection criteria for the new land.
