The Scrooge for Mayor Campaign

You are working for Ebeneezer Scrooge. Yes indeed, the greedy old man turned into the best man in town. Tiny Tim's second father is running for Mayor, and he need you to design his campaign. He needs to know what the conditions are like for the people, so that he can promise reform and secure their votes. You will need to provide him with information on the labor, social, health and gender issues of the time. Scrooge will be your audience as you present your ideas and he hires the group that will run his campaign.
