Fast Food: friend or foe?

It is a good thing to plan your meals ahead of time, but sometimes things get hectic and we go to a fast food restaurant.  We live in a society that has become very dependent on fast food.  Many people report that they eat fast food more than once a week.  During this webquest you will be given the opportunity to choose your favorite meal from your favorite fast food restaurant and then analyze it in terms of its nutritional value.  You will then demonstrate your knowledge of what is healthy versus unhealthy about each meal.
