Working with multiple intelligence, assessment provides data to the teachers about the students process, skills, and learning style,to determine what multiple intelligence will be best for the student.

( Tomlinson, 1999, pg. 45). Teacher does not see assessment as something that comes at the end of a unit to find what the students learned; rather , assessment is today means of understanding how to modify tomorrows instructions (Tomlinson, 1999).

Rubrics is did the student get a passing grade out the classroom.

Effective differentiated classroom include many times in which whole class, differentiated or modify a curricular element only when (1) you see a student need and (2) convinced that modification increases and the learner understood the ideas and use skills more ( Tomlinson, 1999, pg. 45).
