Evaluation is a process that critically examines a subject. It involves collecting and analyzing information about a subject's activities, characteristics, and outcomes. Its purpose is to make judgments about a subject, to improve its effectiveness, and/or to inform programming decisions (Patton, 1987).

Pictures One Digestive system picture is copied and pasted found in the PPT with credit given to the source on each page. Two Digestive pictures are copied and pasted with credit given to the source on each page. More than two Digestive system pictures are copied and pasted and resized (if needed) with bold colours to differentiate the organs with credit given to the source on each page. More than three Digestive pictures are included depicting excellent use of color. Bold colors show the different organ parts vividly with sources on each page.
Grammar Words are misspelled, punctuations are left out or used incorrectly at least 4 times overall. Words are misspelled, punctuations are left out or used incorrectly at least 2 times overall. Misspelled words and incorrect grammar and punctuation is no more that once overall. No spelling, grammar or punctuation errors are present.
Visual appeal Only text and pictures are present, but appropriately placed. One or more extra things are done to make more interesting (but not clutter presentation or distract reader).
