Evaluation Goals and Research Questions

The evaluation’s main goal is todetermine the effects of exposure to the School promotion on Healthy Food used by students inthe following ways:
 •Knowledge about nutrition, food and the environment; 
•Attitudes toward healthy eating and environmental responsibility; and
•Behaviors with regard to food choices.
  Greater increases in food, nutrition and environmental knowledge;
 • Positive changes in attitudes toward healthy eating behaviors and sustainable ways of procuringfood; and
 •Positive changes in foods consumed, specifically, more fruits and vegetables eaten in and out of school.
