Congratulations!

You have successfully helped Roger to streamline his presentation and come up with a training that has clear objectives and is interactive. He's going to be a big hit with the clinicians he trains!

You were able to help Roger with his training and you learned about:

  • Creating an ABCD objective
  • Tightening the training to fit the objective (Need to know v. Nice to know)
  • Adding activities that will make Roger's training relevant to the learner
  • Evaluating your efforts and making sure you put together a superb training

And in putting together your own training with your Expert Training group, you got to practice the skills on a topic of your choice.  I hope you picked one that is relevant to your everyday life!  I can't wait to see what you came up with!
