Gee, Thanks! I know now that the three types of rocks are:

Igneous - form when molten rock hardens and solidifies

Sedimentary - have distinctive layers and are formed from sediment

Metamorphic - made from other rocks by heat and pressure

Thanks for helping me! Now whenever you come across a rock I hope that now you can tell which type it is! Keep collecting rocks and continue being a ROCK STAR!
