Destination Music

Welcome: Destination Music
Description: This is a World Music Webquest designed to get students exploring the music of specific countries: France, Scotland, India, Cuba, South Africa, and China. Through this activity students will gain a deeper understanding of their assigned country's musical heritage and where the musical traditions came from, as well as where the musical culture of their country is going. This webquest is designed to take 3 days for completion, but more time can be allotted to this project if necessary.
Grade Level: 6-8
