The life cycle of the Butterfly

This WebQuest was created for students in second grade. The students will need the help of an adult to complete their Blogster.  Most of the time students will be self monitor an adult may be needed to see if the students have any technical questions, and to ensure that they are able to complete the WebQuest correctly.

Supplies Needed:
Computer
Internet Access
Activity worksheets p.25-29 from science workbook 

Time Frame:
This is a student-centered activity. The students should be given one week to finish the WebQuest. The students could be assigned to work individually or in groups of two's in this project.
Bubbly Butterfly's Life Cycle
In this student-centered WebQuest, the students will have various activities to do. The goal is for the student to learn the different stages of the butterfly cycle. The student will learn how to explore interesting facts about butterflies. Students will enriched their vocabulary with new words as they begin their journey completing the WebQuest.
