Types of sentences

This web quest was create with the students in mind. The main objective of this web quest is to help the students to have a full understanding of the different types of sentences that exist in the English Language.The duration of this lesson will take up to two weeks. This is so because the teacher would have to firstly scaffold the students as to the different parts of a sentence. The teacher would have to also keep in mind that the classroom comprises of students with different learning styles. As a result, the teacher would have to ensure that they modify their lesson plans to cater to the various learning styles of each student.

Standards

In this web quest, the students will be able to work collaboratively as well as independently. This lesson is geared toward  helping students for both the grade 7 and grade 8 classroom.
