Handling Consumer Complaint

Through webquest, students are not only learned about handling complaint theoritically but also practically. As what had been explained by several media, students are also lead how to deal with such situation, in which they not only have to become a helpful customer services, but also problem solver. Although  handling complaint is not easy to conduct, at least the students know how important the role of customer service there.
