The Five Senses

After instruction is given the students will have time throughout and after the activity to work on their journal entry that will be turned in for a grade. students are expected to write as much as possible as well as draw pictures of the activities and the things they learned during the lesson. The main point is to include each of the five senses somewhere in their journal and have pictures to go along with their description. if students are unable to write a lot the pictures are expected to tell the story of what they learned.
