Court Case: Victor Frankenstein vs. His Creation

The mock trial will include:

Opening Statements (plaintiff's attorney and defendant's attorney):  These opening statements must be typed out and handed in prior to the mock trial.

Interrogation of plaintiff's witnesses:  These questions/responses should be prepared, practiced, and handed in prior to the mock trial. 

Cross Examination of plaintiff's witnesses:  These questions/responses will be handed in after the mock trial.

Interrogation of defendant's witnesses:  These questions/responses should be prepared, practiced, and handed in prior to the mock trial.

Cross Examination of defendant's witnesses:  These questions/responses should be handed in after the mock trial.

Closing Arguments (plaintiff's attorney and defendant's attorney):  These closing statements must be typed out and handed in at the conclusion of the mock trial.

The Verdict:  The jurors (and judge) must type out a written response which explains who won the trial and why they won the trial.  Each juror must provide evidence from the trial in their responses. 

Damages:  If the jury (and judge) claim the defendant is guilty, the Judge must prepare a written response regarding the damages that must be paid to the Creature.
