Governance in Singapore

Marvin wants to establish his own Martian Land and seeks to learn which principles of governance will be necessary and effective. 

 

 

Marvin is strangely attracted to your 4 disciples - Leonardo, Michelangelo, Raphael, Donatello - who's green exterior draw a strange resemblance to himself - who's help you will need in order to explore, examine, and explain the concepts of governance in Singapore. 

 

 

Individually, You (Master Splinter) and each of the turtles are to examine the system of governance in Singapore. You are to visit assigned websites to gather sufficient information so that you will be able to explain what each Principle of governance is about and how it contributes to effective governance.

 

 

As a team, you will then come together with your individual findings and come to a conclusion on the importance and effectiveness of each principle of governance.

 

 

The end product will be in the form of a written report (to be submitted to Marvin), in English.

 

 

Be warned - Marvin is quick tempered - be careful not to give him shoddy work and anger him or he might just obliterate the earth!
