Paper wrapper, friend or foe?

Imagine that you are an activist of a Greenpeace group and you are going to deliver your opinion about this paper wrapper issue by sending an article to a news paper redaction in a form of hortatory exposition text. This text should include the argument that  support or against the paper wrapper usage, and also your recommendation. The text should be in about 200 - 300 words. Besides that, you’ll orally deliver your opinion about this when you give speech in monthly meeting of your group. The speech should be in about 5 – 10 minutes.
