Health and Fitness Specialist

You and your team have just been hired to be a personal fitness coach to two new clients. 

Jane:  Female, DOB 01-01-1972,  height: 05 feet 08 inches, weight 250 lbs, whose desire is to lose weight and get into shape. 

Katie:  Female, DOB 01-01-1992, height:  05 feet 06 inches, weight 90 lbs, whose goal is to gain weight and stay in shape. 

In this Webquest, you will be researching information on nutrition and fitness programs, developing two plans, one for weight loss and one for weight gain.  You will display and explain your plans to your class using a visual presentation with a written report.
