As you explore this WebQuest, make sure you take notes throughout.  These can be completed either in your notebook or in a Google Doc.

1. Skills USA is one of many CTSO's in the nation. Skills USA focuses on technology education while other CTSO's have a different focus. We must first understand what CTSO stands for and what are the main objectives to a CTSO. This link will give you a quick overview of CTSO's.

2. Let's take a look at this Video to get an overview of Skills USA. Who benefits the most from Skills USA and why? How does Skills USA facilitate these benefits? List more than one example of how Skills USA facilities these benefits.

3. Completing your education and finding a rewarding career is just the tip of the iceberg when we consider what it means to be an active member of your community.  How do you think some of the programs listed on this page would help you be a stronger member of your community after you've graduated? Use more than one example.

4. Being a leader does not come overnight, among other attributes it takes hard work, dedication, a willingness to help others, and experience. Read five of these successes stories and pick one to describe how Skills USA helped shape your chosen success story into an industry leader. Try to find multiple examples within your chosen success story. If you cannot find more than one example use a different story out of the five you read.

5. Apply all of your newfound knowledge and create a video where you discuss a) three important things you have learned about CTSO's and b) How these three things apply to your own journey as a Technology Student.  Once your video is done, attach it to the assignment in Google Classroom.
