Process

Here is what will happen:

1. Your teacher will pick sticks to put the class in groups of four. You will be doing part of the project alone and part with your group.
2. You will then pick out of a hat for your individual assignment. You will either pick housing, clothes, food, or chores/games.
3. Once you have your assignment, you will begin your investigation. You will use the links provided below to find the information you need while in the computer lab. You may also use your social studies textbook as well.
4. You will use the information you find to come up with two similarities and two differences between then and now with regards to your category of the project.
5. Once all group members have completed their investigation and have come up with their similarities and differences, your group will work together to create a slideshow using Google Presentation. Each presentation should include an introduction slide, a housing slide, a clothing slide, a food slide, a chores/games slide, and a slide containing all group members' names.
6. Finally, during presentation week your group will present your project to the class. You can dress up as a Native American child to make your presentation even more interesting if you would like!
