Heat and Heat Transfer Methods : Introduction 

Have you ever asked yourselves the following questions? What is heat? Why is one object has a different  than the other?

What is heat transfer? How is heat transferrable? Is there only one way in which heat can be transferred? Why is it important?

Objectives: 

        Cognitive 

1.  During this quest, students will gain knowledge about the three methods by which heat transfer occurs.
2.  The three heat transfer methods are radiation, conduction, and convection.
3. You will be investigating these questions through research and labs.
4. At the end of this WebQuest, you will be able to name three methods of heat transfer and explain how they occur.
