Secret Agent to the Rescue

You have just been hired to help the FBI find Secret Agents that are sending distress messages using emergency beacons. The beacons are blinking at various places all over the world map.   These agents are in trouble and need your help to complete their missions.  They are expected to deliver  their secret messages to agents at a different location.  You must find them and send a backup to deliver their  messages, fast!  Using the latitude and longitude grid system, identify the cities that the distress calls are coming from and identify the latitude and longitude coordinates where their secret messages must be delivered to.  The agency is counting on you! If you are successful, you will be awarded a Secret Agent Badge of your own.
