Is Central Park really a "park for the people?"

The students letter to the editor will be graded on a rubric.Everyone in the group is expected to participate so each person in the group will recieve the same grade on their group's letter to the editor.Students will be graded on organization,the quality of information that is included to support their point of view,appropriate grammar and spelling and word usage. In addition each group must select a person  or persons to read their presentation and respond to any questions the class or teacher maay have  about their response. Students should speak clearly,maintain eye contact with their classmate and encourage participation to make their presentation more interactive.It is essnntial that students not only include their own personal  opinions but also use the historical context to make their case.
