Hi, I had purchased an upgraded account in which I had created 2 webquests. I tried to log on today to renew subscription and it keeps telling me there is no record of my email or account. Yes, I tried both my work and personal email. I also searched for the webquests I created and they are not coming up. Have they been deleted??
You have two accounts. 1 free account and 1 paid (expired). You can access each account using correct email address and password combinations. The email for free account is email@example.com and the email for paid (expired) account is: firstname.lastname@example.org If you forgot passwords for any of these accounts, please use forgot password function at the login screen. It will send your passwords to your email addresses. If you do not have access to those emails, please let us know. We can replace email addresses with the current one. Hope this helps.
I signed up for free account today so I could message you. I tried to retrieve the password for my expired account with my email I have written down, but it tells me it's not valid. Can you replace my expired account with the current email?
Also, Is it still possible to renew my account and retrieve my webquests? I didn't mean to let it expire.
I signed up for a free account yesterday, I couldnt log on today becasue it said my email was not recognized. So, I signed up again today. This time I recieved a confirmation e-mail. Although, it is not letting me create my free web quest becasue it says I have used my limit. I do not understand what I am doing wrong. Can you help me understand what I need to do?
