I have created 4 webquests with another person who has a zunal account. When I tried to log in the other day, the log-in screen looked different, and it said that I have 0 webquests. I thought maybe that the policy had changed and I needed to upgrade my account to access my webquests. So, I upgraded my account, but I still can't access my webquests. I did not create a second account - I used the same username and password and when I upgraded the account, I could see my information and the image I uploaded. If I use the link that I shared with my students, I can see them and if I click on my name as the author on the introduction page, I can see My Webquests lists and they are all there, but I cannot log in and edit any of them. Please help! Thanks!
Did you create more than one ZUNAL account? If yes, please login with the account you actually created the webquests with. We see no problem on your account.
Please check your aol email. We sent you your access information for both free and paid account.
I was signed up as a member before the site changes and now I can't log in. I had to create a new profile in order to log. However, I did sign up for the service and I am wondering how to get access to my old account where I was a paying member? This is my previous account details:
