Being in tuned with who you are is the first step of dance and exploring the six dance qualities will allow for a great introduction. Explore the resources provided to grasp a better understanding of terminology, definitions, choreography, and movement in correlation to the vocabulary. Your final product will be a choreographed work that showcases your ability to embody various qualities of dance taught within this quest of dance. Have fun, Be yourself, and No one else!
