Welcome: Modeling DNA Probes
Description: This WebQuest will aid students in understanding how DNA probes are used to find specific sequences of DNA by modeling how real-world scientists use the probes. Students will use two DNA sequence probes to locate complementary base sequences in the genetic codes of five individuals and determine the viability of using DNA probes to identify individuals from crime scene evidence.
