Welcome: Caribbean Music and Culture
Description: Upon completion of this WebQuest students will be able to identify and describe Caribbean instruments, geographical and cultural aspects of the Caribbean, and discuss musical characteristics of Caribbean music and dance. Students will view the slide show with information about the geography and history of the area and answer corresponding teacher's questions. Students will explore a website about Caribbean music, instruments, and dance and answer corresponding teacher's questions. Students will then write a reflection on what they have learned and create a description of what they found most interesting about Caribbean music.
