Description: Is healthcare a right that should be provided by the US government? Students will examine the different perspectives on whether or not the government should provide healthcare for all citizens and decide which they personally agree with. They will then use the information they have found to work in a group to create a legislative proposal to be sent to their representatives in Congress.
