Welcome: Solar System Trek
Description: This site is designed to provide a means for students to travel through the solar system and learn about the characteristics and attributes of the planets and other bodies. It will use diagrams, electronic and written worksheets, simulations, games, and videos to help students navigate their trip. Enjoy the journey.As noted in the 'Grade Level' indication, the lesson is designed for students in the 6th through 8th grades. Any adjustments, accommodations, and/or modifications necessary for students with special learning needs will be developed prior to delivery of instructional tasks and the presentation of goals and objectives. This lesson is for a diverse student population and will require teacher assistance and, whole class, small group, and individual student monitoring.
