Welcome: Journey to the Center of the Earth
Description: This webquest is designed for a general education 4th grade science class. Students will practice research skills, to filter important information and to translate that information into a visual and oral presentation. When completed, students will be able to identify the following areas of Earth Science curriculum:-Four layers of the Earth- crust, mantle, outer core and inner core-What materials the layers are made of-Three rock types- Sedimentary, Igneous and Metamorphic-Examples of the rock types and how they are formed
