Standards: Through the study of the Food Guide Pyramid, major nutrients, students will use the thinking and communication skills of inference-making, critical thinking, creative production, teamwork, compromise, written and oral communication
Process
Divide the students into three groups
first group search the web for the questions in the worksheet
second group study the food pyramid and answer the question
Third group will write the newsletter
The duration 2 periods (1Hr).

Conclusion
This project will enable the learner to gain a familiarity with the Food Guide Pyramid and its application to adding variety into the process of meal planning to enhance a healthy lifestyle
