Staying Active Anywhere

This assignment should be done at the end of a physically activity lesson. Since the students will need to start on a Monday the lesson should be handed out on the Friday before to give the students time to do their research and look at the resources provided. The assignment will take a week for the students to complete. By the end of the assignment students should have built an understanding on their physical health and be able to stay active on their own.

The Health standard used for this assignment is: Standard 3: Students will demonstrate the ability to access valid information, products, and services to enhance health.
Focusing more on the following:
Determine the accessibility of products and services that enhance health.
Access valid and reliable health products and services.
