This WebQuest will be appropriate for teaching college students who are studying the Arabic Language. They can improve their skills in Arabic with the task in this WebQuest.




Standards

This WebQuest is designed to fit the following curriculum standards:
-Students demonstrate an understanding of the relationship between the practices and perspectives of the culture studied.
-Students demonstrate an understanding of the relationship between the products and perspectives of the culture studied.
-Students use a variety of technological and information resources (e.g., libraries, databases, computer networks, video) to gather and synthesize information and to create and communicate knowledge.
-Students use spoken, written, and visual language to accomplish their own purposes (e.g., for learning, enjoyment, persuasion, and the exchange of information)

Credits

As the author, of this WebQuest, I would like to thanks all of the participants that help me create this WebQuest. In addition, I would like to express my appreciation to all the online resource that I used to complete this WebQuest. Finally, I would like to thank all the student that are taking advantage of this WebQuest and providing their sincere feedback.

Other

It took me around ten hours to create this WebQuest. It might have taken fewer hours if I had the resources ready in advance. I spent around 50% of the time searching for good resources that can enrich my students. The WebQuest is wonderful for our students especially because our students nowadays are all tech savvies.
