Strength Training

This website was created for the use as an educational tool. This was an assignment for my college class for teaching P.E and School health. The purpose of this website in a classroom setting would be to teach the students something related to Physical education when I do not have access to a gym or space to do physical activities.

Standards

Standard 2: Students will analyze the influence of family, peers, culture, media, technology, and other factors on health behaviors.

Standard 3: Students will demonstrate the ability to access valid information and products and services to enhance health.
