assistant managers to encourage there position working with diverse athletes. It is very critical to include motivation in the process of educating the

staff. Management gives lectures, videos, and educational learning to the staff in a 1-2 week period.

Standards

It is important to educators, students, and practitioners to concentrate all efforts on modifying athletic and sport organization behaviors towards a way to maximize effectiveness and success.
