I am Ricardo Swaby a  young enthusiastic, hardworking individual who believes that anything that is achieved has to be worked for. My knack for mathematics and for teaching has lead me to create this useful webquest for the grade three (3) level. this webquest will take from about 30 - 40 minutes to complete in the classroom. to the teachers that would like to use my webquest in their classroom it is best to use it at the beginning of the class as the webquest is designed to ensure the full understanding of the subject matter fractions.

Standards

this webquest addresses the first timers i.e. the children who have never done fractions before it gives them a brief introduction to the subject area and then shows them what it is all about and gives activities that enhance the understanding of the students. it addresses the grade three curriculum.
